About Coffee Hound
The Coffee Hound was started by Steve and April Fritzen as a cafe in downtown Bloomington, Illinois in 2002. It added an Uptown Normal location in 2007 and began roasting for its cafes.
In 2015 it moved roasting to an off-site facility as Sirius Roasters, to keep up with its cafes and local wholesale clients. Sirius focuses on fresh-crop coffees and direct farm partnerships. It offers subscriptions and wholesale.
