Coffee Shack Coffee Roasters & Cafe is in an industrial park in Heath, but it feels like an alpine café inside. They roast organic fair-trade small batches on-site, right by the entrance. There are couches, armchairs, tables and a private meeting room. There's wifi, but outlets are limited.

They use 1883 syrups, regular and sugar-free. The Vietnamese iced coffee is a favorite. Food is house-made, with gluten-free bakes and Thursday specials. Roaster's Blend and Highlander Grogg are popular.
