Coffee & Water Lab

Coffee & Water Lab is in the Mitsuwa Market/Strawberry Plaza in San Jose. They roast on-site with a smoke-free Bellwether electric roaster you can watch. All drinks use pH-balanced alkaline water. It's bright and white, with seats inside and out, free wifi and outlets. Tables fill at busy times.

Single-origin pour-overs include Ethiopia, Kenya, Costa Rica and Indonesia. Try the Honey Sea Salt Latte, the Madagascar Mocha or an Asian-inspired seasonal. Beans are sold in the shop and online.
