Coffee X Change Bistro is a family-owned café in Tucson run by Jonathan and Kia. Food is made to order, and their roast master roasts the coffee daily. It's quiet inside, with soft music, tables, wifi and a covered patio. Jonathan remembers regulars.
The house espresso is a favorite to take home, and Bavarian Chocolate is a popular roast. They serve Bulletproof coffee and a lavender latte. Try the Cowboy omelette, house-made hummus, tacos, sandwiches, salads and éclairs.
