The vibe is industrial-meets-retail, not cafe, and the seating area reads as a courtesy more than a hangout space.

The K-cup program is the draw. Huge variety, more than most roasters bother stocking, including custom roasts ground specifically to your home machine. Build-your-own box: pick the varieties you want and assemble a sampler instead of buying a single-flavor box and finding out you do not love it on day three.
