CoffeeIcon's Factory Store in Green Bay roasts beans on demand while you stand at the counter. That is the operational identity, and it is unusual enough to be the reason most customers walk in. Most reviews predate 2022, which tells you the cafe element is small and quiet; this is a retail roaster with a small shaded corner for working, not a hangout.
The exterior does not look like a place you would walk into. The kind of facade that gets passed by drivers heading somewhere else. Inside is friendly, with knowledgeable staff (Corbin is named for letting customers sample varieties before they commit) and a small table corner with outlets and WiFi instructions on the wall if you want to camp briefly with a laptop. The vibe is industrial-meets-retail, not cafe, and the seating area reads as a courtesy more than a hangout space.
The K-cup program is the draw. Huge variety, more than most roasters bother stocking, including custom roasts ground specifically to your home machine. Build-your-own box: pick the varieties you want and assemble a sampler instead of buying a single-flavor box and finding out you do not love it on day three. Return the empty box for a discount on the next one. That is a small-loop sustainability move that more pod sellers should copy and have not.
Loose-leaf tea on the side for non-coffee drinkers. Smooth lattes if you want to drink something at the counter while you wait for the roast to finish. The wait itself is part of the experience: you can see what is happening, smell what is happening, ask questions while it happens, and walk out with a bag that was green coffee when you walked in.
Order white Russian flavor or butter toffee on the custom-roast side; both get named. Take a build-your-own K-cup box for variety without committing to a full box of one flavor. This is a fit for Green Bay home brewers and Keurig owners who want options and do not want to gamble on a single box, plus people who like to talk through bean choices with someone who cares. Workable as a short workspace corner. Not a destination cafe.
