Color Coffee Roasters

Color Coffee Roasters is an award-winning specialty roaster in Eagle, with other cafés around the Vail Valley. It's big and sunny, with tables inside and out and the roaster on display. The music can be loud, and the wifi is slow.

The iced oat lavender honey latte is the favorite, and there's a mocha. Small lots rotate, like a Guatemalan family estate and a peach co-ferment. They bake their own sourdough and pastries. Try the blueberry muffin, avocado toast, waffles, cinnamon roll or breakfast sandwiches. There's tea, craft beer and wine. The Single Origin Variety Pack ships, and subscriptions are available.
