About Colorado Coffee Merchants
Colorado Coffee Merchants opened its small coffee roastery to the public in Colorado Springs, Colorado on April 1, 2004. Founder Eric set aside his mobile oil-change business to roast coffee.
It started with a small 8-lb fluid-bed air roaster and three bags of beans, roasting in the evening for family and friends, until people began walking in to buy coffee. Coffee can be ordered by phone, in store or online.
