Community Matters Cafe

Community Matters Cafe is in a restored mill in Charlotte. It's a life skills program for Charlotte Rescue Mission graduates. There are cozy corners, communal tables, big windows, brick walls, a heated patio, free wifi, outlets and a meeting room.

They roast in-house. Try the Salted Honey Cortado. The cheese grits and crème brûlée French toast are favorites at breakfast and lunch. Beans are for sale.
