Condaxis has been roasting on West Beaver Street in Jacksonville for long enough that the supply lines run through most of the top restaurants in town. Across from the farmers market, the shop roasts multiple times per week and keeps a wholesale list that's longer than the retail one. Pete is the former owner. Sherry is part of current management.
