Conjure Coffee ~ Cafe & Coffee Roastery

Conjure Coffee opened its café and roastery in 2016 in Fort Wayne, near where the Three Rivers meet. They roast small batches of unique coffees, and their motto is "grow slow, do good, build relationships." The café has several rooms full of plants, natural light and local art, with quiet corners and big communal tables. There are lots of outlets and a patio near the river.

The single origins are the focus, and the Ethiopian Guji and Yirgacheffe are favorites. The lavender latte and café miel are what regulars order, and the cold brew is smooth. Pour-overs are made with care.

The food uses local ingredients. The avocado toast on thick-cut bread is a favorite, and local bakers supply the pastries. You can buy whole beans, and the staff will help you choose.
