Conundrum Coffee

Conundrum Coffee is Loveland's dedicated roaster, in an industrial park off Aldrin Drive. Through a window, you can watch the roasting and the nitro cold brew getting canned. It's modern and clean, with some seating and outlets, and it's usually quiet. There's not much food, so come fed if you're staying.

Get the cold brew flight, which includes the Don't Panic nitro, or try espresso. Pour-overs come in several origins, like Ethiopian Yirgacheffe. The baristas will help you choose. The Steamed Oat Willie is the milk drink to try.
