The shop sits in a Loveland industrial park off Aldrin Drive, slightly off the main retail strips of Northern Colorado, which is why it stays uncrowded when other shops are slammed. Beans are roasted on site. The room feels like a working roastery that happens to serve coffee, not a cafe that happens to have a roaster in the corner. The modern, clean interior keeps the focus on the roasting line behind the glass.

The move here is the cold brew flight. Multiple profiles, including the Don't Panic nitro, side by side, with espresso shots as another way in. Hot side, you can order pour-overs across origins, and the baristas will walk you through which bean to pick if you ask. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe pour-over is one to try. So is the Steamed Oat Willie if you want something with milk. The baristas are knowledgeable enough to make the conversation worth having.

Seating exists but isn't lavish. Outlets are around. Remote workers come here precisely because it stays quieter than the busy Northern Colorado shops, and the baristas don't push you out. One customer wished they served pastries. They don't, mostly. Come fed if you're staying for a long session.

Who it suits: pour-over and cold brew drinkers who want options beyond the standard espresso menu, home brewers picking up fresh beans straight from the roaster, and remote workers looking for a less crowded seat with outlets. Less of a draw if you want a full bakery case or a buzzy cafe scene with a wraparound pastry display. The energy here is quiet, technical, and genuinely interested in the coffee.
