Converge Coffee Roasters is in Correct Time Plaza in Burlington. It's bigger than it looks, with lots of wood, lounge seating, plenty of tables and outlets. It's popular for studying and remote work, so seats can be hard to find at busy times. Jessica at the counter is happy to recommend a drink.

They roast in-house and bake in-house too, with a real gluten-free section. Try a stacker toast or the avocado mango toast. Seasonal lattes include vanilla cardamom and an ube iced mocha. There's also the Green Phoenix and an iced cinnamon bun drink. The gluten-free coconut guava cupcake and warm almond cake are favorites.
