Copan Coffee Roasters has a small storefront next to the roastery on South Persimmon Street in Tomball, in a warehouse setting that can take a minute to find. They roast daily, and Daniel hosts coffee tastings, even private ones for birthdays. You can also order through their app.

Modern Espresso is the house blend, and the Kenya Nguvu AA is a standout single origin. Organic single origins rotate. Bags show an expiration date, so ask when yours was roasted. They offer subscriptions.
