Council Oak Supply

Council Oak Supply is a roaster and wholesale supplier in a brick building near Wesley Parkway and Third Street in Sioux City. Their Coffee Parlor is at 101 W 3rd St. The room has exposed brick, comfy seating and the roasting in view. It works for laptops and meetings, and it closes early, so check hours for evening visits.

They roast everything they sell. The pour-over menu has lots of coffees from around the world, and the espresso is dialed in. There's a monthly themed drink menu based on Harry Potter.
