Crema Coffee Roasters is a zero-waste roaster with cafés around greater Nashville. This one is bright and airy, with a window into the roastery. There are two-tops, a window bar, standing tables and a patio. There are no outlets and wifi is limited, so it's better for hanging out than working.
They roast light. The Cuban (with condensed milk) and seasonal lattes with house syrups are favorites, plus pour-overs. Try the avocado toast, house granola, pastries or seasonal quiche. Single origins and blends come in 12 oz bags, in the shop or shipped.
