CxT Roasting Company - Apollo

CxT Roasting Company is family-owned on Main Street in downtown Peoria, across from the Caterpillar building. Tristan Popadziuk roasts and pulls shots. He learned in Costa Rica. There's seating inside and on the sidewalk, plus the Apollo lounge for meetings. Home brewing gear is for sale. There's also a spot at the Peoria Civic Center.

Single origins come from Peru, Mexico and Costa Rica. Start with the Peru pour-over. There's cold brew, cappuccinos, lattes and tea.
