CxT Roasting Company - Keller Station

CxT Roasting Company is in Keller Station in Peoria, near the Rock Island Trail and Donovan Park. It's bright, with high ceilings and big windows, communal tables, quieter corners, a coffee bar where you can watch the baristas and an outdoor patio. There's a customer-run lending library by the restrooms, and an open hallway connects to the other businesses in the building.

Tristan roasts small batches of single origins and specialty coffees, including barrel-aged coffees with whiskey notes. Espresso, pour-over, cold brew and nitro are all on the menu, and the baristas like walking people through brew methods and origins.

You can buy whole beans in the shop or order online for delivery. Customers say they make great coffee at home.
