Daily Spark Coffee Roasters

Daily Spark Coffee Roasters is in the strip center around the EOS gym in Henderson, with a woman-led crew. There are tables, counter stools and a few lounge chairs. The music is mid-volume, and there's solid wifi, outlets and plenty of parking. There's no outdoor seating.

They roast organic beans on-site. Food and syrups are homemade. The cherry blossom cold brew is the favorite. Try a caramel frappé, a white mocha rose latte or the Cuban-style drink. Pair it with a Spark Croissant sandwich or a breakfast bowl. They offer subscriptions.
