Dancing Ox Coffee Roasters

Dancing Ox Coffee Roasters was founded by world champion ballroom dancers. Their coffee bar is inside Atrium Health's Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute on Harding Place in Charlotte. Owner JP runs the counter, knows the hospital regulars and makes custom drinks. There's no outdoor seating, and it's not a laptop spot.

The caramel latte is the everyday order, and the strawberry white chocolate latte is a favorite. Look for Moonwalk and The Shag on the specials board, and there's a black and white mocha. Bags of beans are sold at the counter, and they offer subscriptions.
