Dobson Creek Coffee Company in Ronan is owned by brothers Troy and Trent Yost. It's small (about 10 to 12 seats) and Western-themed, with a fireplace, a back library and a view of the Mission Mountains. There's no outdoor seating. They roast small batches on a Diedrich, supply other Ronan businesses and have raw milk for lattes if you ask.
The log cabin iced latte is the signature, and the maple honey iced latte is the other house special. Mountain Man is the darkest roast. The apple fritter, homemade donuts and breakfast quiche are popular, and the desserts go fast. They offer subscriptions.
