DOMA Coffee Roasting Company's Post Falls roastery is separate from their Coeur d'Alene café. It's calm, with vinyl on the turntable, comfy couches and old letterpresses once used to stamp their bags. They've been in coffee for 25 years.
The drip is often a floral Ethiopian, and espresso changes with the week's roasts. There's a big wall of gear, like pour-over kits, grinders, scales and espresso machines. They offer subscriptions.
