Dublin Roasters Coffee

Dublin Roasters Coffee is a Frederick, Maryland roaster and cafe founded by Serina Roy, who has roasted coffee for more than 20 years. She roasts in small batches, custom to each order, and offers more than 80 varieties of organic artisan coffee.

Each year Serina sources green coffee from small farms in countries including Colombia, India, Ecuador, Vietnam, Brazil, Honduras and Guatemala. Visitors can tour the roasting facility at the back of the building. The cafe in front is decorated with art from those origin countries.
