Electric Fountain Brewing (EFB Coffee) is a bright, modern café on a downtown Quincy block. Owner Ryan roasts small batches. There's comfy seating, outlets at most tables, a printer in back and clean restrooms. They also run a mobile espresso cart for community events like the Christmas tree lighting.
A triple shot over ice and the iced latte are regular orders. The house roast is medium-bodied and easygoing. Pastries rotate, and there are journals for sale by the counter. Beans are sold online, with subscriptions.
