Elevation Coffee Roasters is on Collier Parkway in Lutz, with couches, chairs, tables and a bar counter, and a recently refreshed look. Travis is happy to talk beans, and Esteban dials in the pour-overs. The music is sometimes on the loud side.

The pour-over bar has several origins, like the Ethiopia washed and Costa Rica. The breakfast sandwich comes with a house sauce. Try the iced Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte or a hot mocha cappuccino. Gluten-free and vegan options include a brownie, coffee cake and lavender hot chocolate. Syrups and milk swaps are $1 each. They offer subscriptions.
