Elixir Espresso & Wine Bar

Elixir Espresso & Wine Bar is in a downstairs courtyard in La Jolla. Seating is half inside, half out, and there's a Christmas tree in winter. There are outlets, and dogs are welcome on the patio. Parking is hard, and it gets loud at peak times.

Start with the coconut latte or nitro cold brew. The breakfast crepe has spinach and Tapatío. There's a chicken pesto crepe, prosciutto bread with balsamic, a Mexican mocha, acai bowls, gelato and gluten-free options. They sell Screaming Goat beans.
