About Ember and Bean Roasting Co
Ember and Bean Roasting Co is run by Jess and Jon, at the back of a downtown Hudson building near the St. Croix River. It's cozy, with tables, counter stools, a quieter hallway area, a spot for calls and a back patio. It gets loud at peak times. Dogs are welcome. Lattes are about $7, and parking is hard. It's on the Wisconsin Coffee Passport.
Jess buys the beans, and they roast in-house. Get a pour-over or The George, coffee with banana. Try the London Fog with lavender and vanilla or the cardamom latte. Get a Pop-Tart, lemon loaf or sweet potato hand pie.
