About Empty Cup Collective
Empty Cup Collective is a Winnipeg roastery and collection of cafes founded in 2020 by two friends with a small coffee roaster in a garage. Its first location, a cafe and roastery on Panet Road, is now one of several cafe concepts.
Empty Cup serves coffee, tea and cold brew, and it publishes brewing guidelines. Community giving is a core part of its mission to "pour beyond the cup."
