Endicott Coffee

Endicott Coffee is a small-batch roaster in Tacoma that sells to cafés, restaurants and home brewers, along with brewing equipment. They're happy to talk through which roast suits espresso, drip, French press or pour-over, and one customer got a full facility tour and tasting.

Banana bread coffee is the flavored favorite, and the pumpkin frappé is on year-round. There are dog treats at the counter. It's set up for buying beans rather than sitting.
