About Epoch Chemistry
Epoch Chemistry is a Moncton, New Brunswick roaster founded in June 2019 by Conor Conway and Matt Symes. They set out to bring the world's best coffees to Atlantic Canada and beyond.
Epoch says it roasts with transparency, intentionality and care for the process, and it sees coffee as a way to create pauses for connection, conversation and community. It runs a cafe and sells coffee online with subscriptions, and wholesale is available.
