Erie Coffee Roasters is a micro-roaster right off I-25 in Frederick, run by Libby, Sean and Andrew. They source from around the world and focus on Puerto Rican coffee. It's cozy, with a record player, just a few seats and a private back room for meetings.
Try the Dirty Larry with macadamia milk or a honey lavender latte. The ham and cheese croissant and breakfast burrito are good. Friday cardamom buns and sourdough sell out early. Black Gold cold brew concentrate is sold by the bottle, and refills are free.
