About Espresso Vivace
Espresso Vivace is a Seattle espresso company led by owner David Schomer. He chose a Northern Italian espresso roast, known for its high caramelized sugar content, during his explorations in Italy in 1989.
Its Vita Blend brings out strong caramel notes, especially with milk. The Dolce Blend is made for complex, balanced straight espresso or black coffee. Vivace also offers a Swiss Water decaf Ethiopian Sidamo, and coffee is sold online.
