Essence of Coffee is a family roastery in Rapid City, South Dakota shaped by Australian cafe culture. The family's coffee business began with Café 54 in Perth, Western Australia, in 2007. Roaster Michael trained in the U.S. with Mané Alves, a specialty roaster and Q Grader.
