Euphoria Coffee Bedford is on Great Road near the end of the Minuteman Bikeway, so lots of cyclists stop in. It's clean and minimal, with classical music, big windows, lots of tables, benches with outlets and USB, and free wifi. It gets busy. Ryosuke is known for his latte art. Decaf is espresso only.

Pastries are Japanese and European, like brown sugar croissants and blueberry cream croissants. The bulgogi sandwich is a good lunch. Try a latte, a raspberry mocha, a pour-over or a flat white.
