Evans Brothers Coffee is in a historic grain co-op building in Sandpoint, started by local brothers. Inside there's local art, plants, records on vintage gear, sofas and work tables, plus fast fiber wifi and lots of outlets. The dog-friendly patio has mountain views. You can see the roaster.

Ethiopia Kayon Mountain and Big Timber Blend, a dark roast, are favorites. The cardamom latte is popular, and there's nitro cold brew and pour-over. Pastries are house-made, and the veggie breakfast burrito is good. They ship, with subscriptions.
