Factory Man Roasting House

Factory Man Roasting House is a family business on Boon Street in Traverse City, off the main drag. There's no tipping, so the prices on the board are what you pay. There are couches and tables inside and outdoor seating. The music is sometimes loud.

They roast in-house. The chai latte is a reliable pick, and specialty lattes are a focus. There are scones, apple cinnamon muffins, a breakfast sandwich and French toast.
