About FairPour Coffee Roasters
FairPour Coffee Roasters is a small, community-driven business in Upstate New York. It opened in 2016 as FairPour Café in Fairport and began small-batch roasting in 2019, rebranding as FairPour Coffee Roasters.
In 2025 it added locations in the Ironworks building in Ithaca and at the Neighborhood of Play in downtown Rochester. Its cafes serve specialty coffee and made-to-order breakfast, lunch and brunch.
