Fidel & Co Coffee Roasters is in Little Rock's East Village. It's bright, with high ceilings, communal tables, bar seats and a patio with water bowls for dogs. It gets busy at peak times.

They roast in-house, and single origins rotate. Try an El Salvador pour-over. Get avocado toast with a soft egg, cardamom coffee cake or an Arkansas corn cookie. Salt bagels and lox are on the menu. Bags include honey, natural and anaerobic coffees.
