Fieldstone Coffee Roasters

Fieldstone Coffee Roasters is a country roastery near Lake Nockamixon, run by Kevin and Kristina. Their site mentions a roasting house, cupping room and tea blending room. The coffee's fair trade and organic, and there are no artificial syrups. The small patio looks out over the countryside, and breakfast, brunch and lunch run year-round.

The lavender iced latte is a favorite. Tropical vanilla nitro and coconut cold brew are good on warm days, and the cold brew of the month rotates. For food, try avocado toast with eggs, lox and a bagel, or the breakfast sandwich with bacon marmalade. For beans, the Peru Organic is a steady pick. Paddleboarders stop by after a day on the lake.
