Five Star Coffee Roasters in Holly Springs is a small roastery with a coffee bar. Bring your own jar and the beans cost a little less. They roast certified organic, Bird Friendly and direct trade coffee, and they sell wholesale. It's set up for buying beans rather than staying.

There are more than 25 coffees at a time, and the staff will tell you about the origin and roast of each. The Organic Espresso blend (washed Honduras and Peru) is a good everyday bag. For drinks, try the Bourbon Barrel latte or the nitro cold brew.
