Flag & Wire Coffee

Flag & Wire Coffee is a roaster and café on Alpine Avenue in downtown McMinnville. They source fairly and roast and prepare everything in-house. It's eclectic, with a back room for quieter talks. Laptop regulars are common, and the outdoor seats are dog-friendly. Wine country visitors often stop for beans on weekends. There aren't many gluten-free options.

The Maple Cardamom Latte is the signature, and the maple cinnamon iced matcha is popular. There's a breve and a cappuccino, and the pastries are made in-house. They offer wholesale and subscriptions.
