FLUID Coffee Roasters

FLUID Coffee Roasters is in Michigan City's Uptown Arts District. The front is bright. The back is moody, with local art and neon. There are tables with outlets, fast wifi and about four tables outside. You can sign the bathroom walls.

They roast rare coffees on-site. Syrups are house-made. Try the Novus Ordo with smoked orange and mocha, or the Lemon Love latte. Get the smoked salmon bagel or avocado toast. The house blend has wine notes and low acidity. They offer subscriptions.
