FLUID Coffee Roasters

FLUID Coffee Roasters is a Northern Indiana roaster. This is the original downtown Valparaiso café. There are café tables, armchairs, a dim back area and rotating local art. They also have shops in Michigan City and South Valparaiso.

The Novus Ordo and Voodoo are favorites. Try the Lemon Love or the Oracle matcha with butterfly pea. There's breakfast, pastries with vegan and gluten-free options, avocado toast and local goods.
