Fryeday Coffee Roasters

Fryeday Coffee Roasters is in Lowell, and owner Alisa does all the roasting in-house. It's eclectic, with tables inside and out front and back. The Wall of Gifts lets you prepay a drink for someone else. There's live music on Friday evenings.

The Colombian is smooth and balanced, and pour-overs are a great way to try the beans. Bags include Colombia and El Salvador. The croissant donuts and banana bread are favorites.
