FULL CITY ROOSTER Coffee Roasting Studio

Full City Rooster is in Dallas's historic Cedars neighborhood. Owner Michael roasts small batches on a shiny stainless steel roaster right at the front of the shop, so you can watch.

The beans are roasted within days of serving. Espresso drinks, pour-overs and rotating single origins are the main draws, and the staff are happy to help you pick. Beans come in 12-ounce bags, and they ship.

The space mixes industrial and cozy, with small tables up front, a back room with couches and local art on the walls. There's free wifi, lots of outlets and a dog-friendly patio.
