Full Octave Coffee Roasters is Joe and Joanne's two-person roastery in Ozark. There's no storefront. Find them at the Springfield farmers market, where they'll grind on the spot, or order online or for local delivery (now with a fee). Beans arrive a few days after roasting.

Bourbon Barrel Aged Sumatra is the best seller. Nicaragua is the daily drinker. There are Ethiopian blends, Tanzanian Peaberry and a nutty Brazilian Peaberry.
