Gallup Coffee Company is in downtown Gallup on Route 66. It's bright and roomy, with warm wood, outdoor tables, free wifi and lots of outlets. The roaster is visible through the front window.
The Ethiopian is a favorite. The Biscochito Latte uses house-made syrup and is a local pick. The house-made bagels with green chile cream cheese are a must. Beans are sold in the shop and online, and they'll grind for you.
