GARA Roastery

GA•RA Roastery is a Vietnamese coffee roaster with a micro-roastery in Sacramento, California. The name honors the family's history of using garages as home bases for their ventures, from selling chả lụa to starting a computer hardware company.

GA•RA's beans come from Vietnam: robusta from the family farm and other growers in Đắk Mil, and arabica from Cầu Đất. They're roasted in small batches in Sacramento before going to its Berkeley location. Coffee is sold online, and wholesale is offered.
