About Garage 41 Coffee Co.
Garage 41 Coffee Co. is a family micro-roaster in Dauphin, Manitoba, run by Brett and Nicole with their children. They began on a small home roaster in fall 2017 and founded the company in 2018, after buying a commercial roaster and taking a three-day roasting immersion in Minneapolis.
They were among the first eight Canadians to bring in a CSA-approved Mill City Roaster, and they really do roast in their garage. Coffee is sold online, in Parkland-area stores, and by monthly subscription.
