Ghost Town Coffee Roasters

Ghost Town Coffee Roasters is close to the road to Bridger Bowl in Bozeman, and parking's easy. They roast in a back room called The Lab. They also repair espresso equipment, distribute Allied products and offer barista training. The café is industrial-rustic, with plants, big windows, two-tops, a long community table, a raised bar and a few couches. It's relaxed but not silent.

The flat white is the espresso pick. Ask about the house-roasted Mexico and El Salvador. Regulars love the breakfast burrito and the gluten-free huckleberry-blueberry scones. A breve or an iced chai are good picks too.
