Gold Star Coffee

Gold Star Coffee is a mail-order roaster run by Constantine and George out of Valley Stream. There's no café to visit. You order online, they roast to order, and the coffee ships fast in full-pound bags.

They're known for hard-to-find single origins like Jamaican Blue Mountain and Hawaii Kona, at prices home brewers call fair. If you can't decide, start with the variety pack.

A lot of their customers have been ordering for years, some for fifteen. When tariffs caused cross-border shipping problems, Constantine and George worked through them with customers directly by phone. When you call, you're talking to the people who roasted your coffee.
